I will probably have to leave this to the Daemon guys then (who I believe 
are currently "suffering" from the Christmas exodus that generally happens 
in Australia around this time).

So - when you are calling the Admin site you are using 
http://127.0.01/farcry ?  I am guessing you are - as this mistake 
generally produces a "Could not find the included template 
/Application.cfm" error (or - if you have an Application.cfm in the root - 
"Element MODE.BADMIN is undefined in REQUEST").

(I know - a basic question - but is using the hostname picked up from the 
URL to look up the stApps structure - so thought I would ask to make 
sure).
