I hadn't had a chance to test this but now it's come round and bit me on the butt.
What is actually happening is that the pre and post will be outputted if there are 1 or more rules applied to the container -- it does not matter whether aInvocations is empty or not.

I have a header that I only want only want to be outputted if aInvocations in not empty. I also don't want the header to be wrapped in <p> tags as what would happen if I just added it to aInvocations inside the rule itself.
What is my best option?
