A we can't forget about G11N issues. We need to be able to localise both core admin tabs and custom admin tabs.
Maybe Paul hastings might want to suggest an approach?
Paul is working on an approach now. We'd hope to see the fruits of his labour in a v2.3 timeframe. Once the approach is sorted I'm sure a period of clean-up will follow.
It could be the beginning of the G11N of the Farcry admin.
I'm not convinced that XML'ifying the whole admin is a requirement. But as I've mentioned earlier -- it's along term goal.
