Sorry it should be http://www.anthro.ucdavis.edu/antnew/general/

*snip*

We have a client that wants us to convert website into FarCry. Please go to www.anthro.ucdavis.edu/general <http://www.anthro.ucdavis.edu/general>

There are 3 Main sections
            General
            Sociocultural
            Evolutionary
Can someone recommend how to do this in farcry.
Each sub level has a different nav menu.

If you can talk them out of using graphics for the nav menus then its quite trivial using the child links rule (or your own slightly modified version of it).

In the site tree you'd have 3 nav nodes just have exactly as you said:
 - General
 - Sociocultural
 - Evolutionary

As Chris K suggested the easiest way to change the look and feel for each section is to have a dmCSS object underneath each of these nodes. You then use the <webskin:importCSS> tag in your page template's header and it will go and cascade the CSS nicely for you =)

Under each of the 3 nav nodes you can have more nav nodes for each page/section (nested N nodes deep if you fancy).
