Actually , the Handpicked rule has been given a major go over (By Paul I
think?) for Version 2.2. Personally, I think the new Rule is fantastic.
Some of my peeves with the old rule have been fixed. For example, it
doesn't reset your display methods every time you add a new object :)
and the ordering of objects has been nicely improved. No to mention he
was able to condense two of the PLP steps.

Huh? The second step of the PLP should be "Display Methods and Arrange".
Are you not seeing this?

Also, did you delete any Handpicked Rule PLP instances that existed
before the patch?
