Does anyone have a problem with the tree hanging for like 5 minutes when there are numerous dmHTML objects under the same node?
If the node appears to hang on loading, it sometimes helps to collapse and reopen the node.
We're batch loading content into our tree and were wondering if there are any restrictions on the number of nodes the tree display JavaScript can handle. For instance, if I put 500 dmHTML objects under one node, will the tree display?
It's worth noting that navigation nodes are designed to have a *single* content item beneath them. The ability to have multiple dmHTML objects under a single node is for multi-page features. In other words long documents that have one fixed point in the site hierarchy but would benefit from being split over several web pages.
Sticking 500dmHTML objects under one node would be a bad thing -- so i hope this is only a theoretical question ;)
