 Not sure if it would fix your problem, but I would try both CFLDAP and
JLDAP and see.

I ran into an errrr....."undocumented feature" in
jrun.security.NTAuth.getUserGroups() today while working on some
Farcry Active Directory stuff. It seems that if the string of groups
is long enough (I'm not sure exactly how long it has to be) then
getUserGroups will throw an exception and the user won't be able to
login. This is quite a bummer as many of the 900+ users in our AD are
members of dozens of groups.

There's quite a bit of chatter about this in the MM forums and
elsewhere but I have yet to find a workaround and MM isn't saying much
if anything.

So friends, if you're using Farcry with Active Directory this is one
to be aware of.

Also, if anyone has an idea for a better approach, I'm all ears!
