To add to Mike's comments: This is an odd problem in that a record is being added to refobjects for the dmHTML type but no matching record is ever added in dmHTML.
It becomes odder in some pages can have an editable draft created at one point in time but not at another. We're guessing that it is something Oracle-specific or we would have seen prior conversation about it on this listserv. We apprecate any help or avenues to pursue. Right now, I'm looking at createdraftobject.cfm for clues.
