I posted a patch last week that may fix the issue you are seeing. Download the latest version of fourq from CVS and see if that helps.
I'm guessing that a call to fourq.createData() is failing, causing your dmHTML object to not be added. I was seeing the exact same problem with containers when creating a draft version of dmHTML objects. Entries for were being made in REFCONTAINERS, but the container itself was never being created in the CONTAINER table. See "Container Problem" thread from last week for more info.
