Dear Geoff,

This document is flash paper. It is the first time I have seen this format.
I have a few problems,

* the display control which presents the document is too small to allow me
to read it on screen and I cannot resize it.(I might be dumb here)

* when printed the quality seems to be lower than a PDF

* when I print to PDF I get a nasty raster output

* I have lots of nice Adobe tools for managing PDFs but I can't use them on
this document.

You may wish to consider putting a PDF version on at this location as well.

Meanwhile I have printed it to paper. Thank you for writing it!

Cheers
James
