This document is flash paper. It is the first time I have seen this format.
I have a few problems,
You may wish to consider putting a PDF version on at this location as well. Meanwhile I have printed it to paper. Thank you for writing it!
Its still in DRAFT thought I think it prolly doesn't need too many changes. It will be a PDF when its finally published.
