Before you attempt anything make a backup of your database (sometimes 
these tools have made things worse for me).  Then go to 
admin-->COAPI(tab)-->Diagnostics.  You can try to Fix the Tree levels.

I do emphasize making a backup of the DB first (once when I ran this due

to a corrupt tree it made things worse. I had to recreate all the data).

  However I've had corrupt trees at least 3 or 4 other times where this 
tool has fixed it for me.
