Thanks for publishing this.  It's interesting to see where people who 
are new to the product get stuck.  I think I will ultimately have to pen 
a document that outlines how all these little bits come together. 
Perhaps an outline of all the directories in a standrad project might help?

we did touch on this kind of stuff. The use of display methods and
included header and footer etc.
