I think a couple of breeze presos would work... just farcry lesson 1, 2, 3 etc. Each about 10-15 mins long. Or just how-to's on the website.
*Really* basic stuff. I know it took me a while to get my head around everything when i first began with farcry- i nearly gave up. Once you understand it, it's so very simple. But to begin with, for example, I had no idea what those little blue things were (nav nodes) and why they had white thing (HTML page) inside them.
