OK, sounds like Farcry has done all you need it too (thanks to Gary's code.) Now you just need to style the mark-up with CSS.

So if you're stuck at this point, you need CSS help.

Listutorial will get you up to speed with using lists for navigation, and Listamatic2 will help with the "ul's within ul's"
