sorry to bug all of you guys with such dummy questions... but here I go again:
1 - I don't know why I can only use the suffix if it is .cfm (I tried
.html and it gives me a 404). This is not critical since google can
index .cfm pages
2 - I saw in the other thread the sugestion for dynamic content to use:
fu.setMapping("www.example.com"&"/go"&"/products/mywidget","www.example.com/index.cfm?objectid=E27ECB19-D0B7-4CD6-F9191BE98E0350B3&mode=full")
Since I am new to FarCry I am not sure if I should change the core
files to allow that whenever someone add/update/remove (of course it
would be different methods than the one above for each case) dynamic
content or if I must create my own dmNews, dmEvents, etc (or those are
not core components and just samples and I can modify then without any
future issue showing up?)
3 - In the FarCry implementation I have here for some reason after
implementing the Friendly URL the home link goes to a 404.
(http://mydevsite/go/) so where can I change in the browse node to
specify to go to http://mydevsite/go/index.cfm wich works fine?
I am sorry again if those are stupid questions and if it was already
posted before (I could not find anything related to that in the list
archives)

p.s.: Spike I forgot to mention that it is working fine for me but not
on a port other than 80.
