The template with FarCry only has the top level menu.

You need to delve into the Cold Fusion if you want a drop-down menu system.

You also need to decide which (out of the many, many, many
javascript/dhtml/css) menu system you want to use.

A few people on this list have implemented some before.  You could
have a look at the archives and see what people have suggested.
