The form submits back to itself.

files are uploaded to www/files
images are uploaded to www/images
are the files getting uploaded?

What type of files are you trying to upload?
You can control what type of files can be uploaded in the admin config
files/images
Are the file type you are tring to upload permitted?

Are you able to back out the changes you made to the core?

something goes wrong...!
I've been modifying farcry-core.
everything goes fine until now, suddenly I've made something stupid and...
crash.
Everything's working fine except than when I try to add in a node a file,
or image, (right click in node tree and then create file or image), the
form appears ok, but when submited, it goes to nowhere place.
A error message appears, telling me "file not found".
in database, a record created ok, but all the fields except system fields
are blank i.e. filename, description, etc.
please if anybody has any idea, it will be very usefull.!
anyway, where it supposed the form must be submitted..?
I've been looking the html part of the page source, and form part is:
<form action="" method="post" ......
