Alrighty, I grabbed farcry_core (making sure to specify b230)
You want p230 (not b230). b230 is the original released build of 2.3 where p230 is the most recent patched version of v2.3. You may need to update your application scope (add updateapp to the end of your url query string). You can always restart the CF service to get the same effect as well.
example: index.cfm?updateapp=1
