FYI, had the same problem after installing FarCry Glamour. Tried the updateapp=1, but that didn't work. Restarting the CF service did.

Thanks dude :) Restarted the service? Sorry if this seems like an obvious question, but before you restarted CF, did you try updating the application scope (by adding updateapp=1 to the URL string)?
