I am wondering what people think about having a default pt-map installed in rtpbin, which would contain the RFC3551 defined payload caps. This would be nice as it would mean less setup for people using standard transport protocols and mapping, and it would also allow gst-launch and gst-python programs to again use rtpbin. (Neither of these can pass GHashTables, thus can't set up the bin).
