Good idea. But... a last patch I added to rtpbin is to drop any
incoming packets that are not in the pt-map table as a way to ignore
certain packets (in this case CN packets that are not yet supported). I
think this feature is useful since you don't want to receive packets
you cannot support and you can define this with the pt-map table.
In other words, if the pt-map is set, it will use that one. If
no pt-map is set, it will use the default one. I will do it.
