I found out that if you set the code page in HTML screen as "Windows-1256", Front Page will not convert the Farsi characters to the Unicode Decimal Value. However, not all other editors support this.I use Textpad as an editor, but it does not support Farsi, so I convert the farsi text, using front page (set code page to Windows- 1252), to the decimal code, so I won't have any problems in Textpad. Since all of my pages display Farsi data from the database, I only use static text for labels and page titles; therefore it's okay to have the farsi text converted into Unicode Decimal values.
