Not yet. I only have a mingw32 environment to test it on, but I guess that
once it compiles there, porting to mingw64 shouldn't be that hard. I don't
have much time to devote to this, though, and I'm not really using Windows
myself. So if someone with a vested interest in the platform would give it
a go and send me a pull request, that would definitely speed things up. :)
