I think at some point I saw a .dsp where some parameter declarations specified
MIDI CCs that should control that parameter, a bit like the OSC stuff detailed
here

is there some documentation of this?
Also for triggering physical models it would be very useful to be able to
specify a MIDI note which should trigger the gate button. Is that possible/
spec’ed?
