Thank you so much, Stéphane and Albert.
I figured out that I'm running faust from /opt/local/bin, instead of
/bin/local/bin. The version of Faust in /opt/local/bin is outdated. I tried
to install the latest faustdevel via MacPort; however, it's not successful.
$ sudo port install faust-devel
---> Computing dependencies for faust-devel
---> Fetching distfiles for faust-devel
Error: org.macports.fetch for port faust-devel returned: Git clone failed
Please see the log file for port faust-devel for details:
/opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_audio_faust-devel/faust-devel/main.log
To report a bug, follow the instructions in the guide:
http://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets
Error: Processing of port faust-devel failed
Thus, I tried another method. After I updated the PATH (/usr/local/bin
comes before /opt/local/bin), I could compile midi_tester.dsp with
faust2caqt and faust2jaqt successfully. The new midi feature is also
working now.
All warmest,
Ming-Lun

Mobile security can be enabling, not merely restricting. Employees who
bring their own devices (BYOD) to work are irked by the imposition of MDM
restrictions. Mobile Device Manager Plus allows you to control only the
apps on BYO-devices by containerizing them, leaving personal data untouched!
