Please go back to the top of this page and read all the comments from the
beginning.
As you will see, I have already developed a fix which is more elegant than
either method you link to! It is packaged as a new version of the server
control so really couldn't be easier.
As for "FCK is not defined", see ticket #1255. I've just realised I never
uploaded my patch there, I'll get onto that ASAP after having a fresh look
at it...
