that patch is for the next version CKEditor 3, where everything is being
rewritten.
Have you tried to reset your IE settings as I asked 2 months ago?
Remember: if we can't reproduce the problem it's quite hard to fix it. Why
are you getting the 0 height? that's the question, so please, try to
provide us a way so we can reproduce the problem in our computers and the
problem might get fixed.
