#3355: Font name and size dropdowns not updated

When positioning the cursor anywhere in the document, the font name and
font size dropdowns are not updated. This can be reliably reproduced in
the sample:
http://www.fckeditor.net/nightly/fckeditor/_samples/default.html.
This seems like an obvious bug, but I couldn't find any tickets regarding
it.
