There seem to be two parts to this:
* Using getComputedStyle to get the effective font size/name.
* Smarter matching on font name (e.g. selecting the 'Arial' option when
the font-family is 'Arial,Verdana,Sans-Serif'.)
Does this sound right? If so, I can work on implementing this.
