Comment:
AFAIK, only old versions of IE allowed to link web content to local files,
and due to the security risk that it means, no browser currently allows to
embed local resources into web pages located on a web server.
The image dialog will insert the img with the src provided, but it's the
browser the one that won't show it. Doesn't matter if it's while you are
editing or on the public site, so this is only a matter of the browser
used to view the content.
