MediaWiki Special:SpecialPages display blank page if FCKeditor extenstion
is installed.
It happens only with Mediawiki 1.15.1,
I tried builds FCKeditor-MW1.15-r43271.tar.gz and FCKeditor-
trunk-r54297.tar.gz downloaded from
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:ExtensionDistributor and
http://mediawiki.fckeditor.net/nightly/svn/mediawiki_fckeditor_ext_N.tar.gz
If I use MW 1.14.1 there are no problems.
