#4207: Table related errors

Tested with CKEditor revision 4051. The errors occurs in the following
browsers:[[BR]]
Google Chrome 3.0.196.2[[BR]]
Safari 4.0.2 (530.19.1) on XP SP3[[BR]]
IE8[[BR]]
[[BR]]
FF3.5 works fine.[[BR]]
[[BR]]
1. Open Replace by class[[BR]]
2. Click on new page[[BR]]
3. Insert table (with default values)[[BR]]
[[BR]]
In IE8 and webkit, <p> </p> appears before the table.[[BR]]
[[BR]]
4. Go to source mode[[BR]]
5. Delete the empty <p> tag[[BR]]
6. Go back to wysiwyg[[BR]]
7. Click after the table[[BR]]
[[BR]]
New table appears after the first table (in IE8 it is only visible in
source mode).[[BR]]
[[BR]]
An other related error in webkit is when you click after the empty table,
and press backspace, then two new span tags created in the last cell of
the table.
