Simon,
I have been doing some research on FDE solutions for an upcoming
initiative. One of the key features we are looking at in a solution is
an easy to use recovery system for field users. I see that your site
lists a Secure Recovery Mechanism as one of its features in SafeBoot 5.1
for PC, can you elaborate a little on this feature. I cannot seem to
find any more details for this feature on the site.
I am also interested in an SSO option. I do not see that
mentioned in any of the SafeBoot documentation, is this something that
may be introduced in a later version and if so, where does it show on
your roadmap?
Currently other people in my organization are leaning towards
Pointsec and/or Utimaco. I also find what I have read on PGP's FDE
solution interesting and though they are smaller in this branch they do
have an outstanding record in encryption, not to mention Intel just made
a large investment into them showing confidence in their FDE product.
How do you feel your product weighs against these solutions?
Bryan Glancey,
I was mostly through this email when I saw your response. I
would also be interested in hearing your feedback on these features. I
have not yet done much research on Mobile Armor, but it is on my list.
The biggest question I have for Mobile Armor is that I do not see TPM
support listed as of yet, is this something we can expect to see any
time soon from your product?

The big three WDE vendors are SafeBoot, Utimaco and Checkpoint.
I'm biased towards SafeBoot because I'm the SafeBoot CTO.
