which doesn't work all the time. In 2004 Duncan was arrested for sexually assaulting a boy. He was subsequently released on a $15,000 bail with the knowledge that he had a long history as a violent sexual predator, and was clinically diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder in 1980, while in prison for raping a younger boy at gunpoint.
