Anyway I'm doing -Easements -Freeho;d Covenants -Settled Land Acts (provided it comes up in a prob q similar in format to the last coupl of times...don't really get the rationale behind it to answer an essay ) -Adverse Possession -Family Prop -'Mirror Principle' -Maybe Rights of residence -testacy/Intestacy -judgement mortgages
