Just gonna stick in my 2 cents on this one - I'd say the bare minimum you need to have covered are succession, adverse possession, co- ownership, family property, settled land and might be useful to cover the little topics like equity, statute de donis, statute of uses, etc - might save you in the four-part Qs.
