Hey All Just looking at question 4 of April 08 when Debra sees Robert off on a flight, then hears on the radio of an explosion killing all on board. The examiner's report said that some people had difficulty in identifying the correct defendant. Would the correct defendant be the airline (or whoever caused the fire) or would she also have a case against the radio, as they violated a news embargo by announcing that all were killed.
