Hey Ev (and all), I've toyed with the idea of sitting the New York bar
for a while now, and would like to try and practice over there
afterwards. I figure if that doesn't work out, it's still an extra
qualification that looks good on a CV, but if I do it, it'll be with
the intention of eventually practicing in New York, if only for a few
years. I knew a guy who did (I think!) the Independent course a couple
of years back and last I heard he had sat the New York bar and was
working out there. So I'm all for it myself, but I'm going to wait
till I have the FE1s in the bag (and 5 grand to burn!)
