Polly Jane,
I sat the Company exam this time last year. I brought in My Companies
Legislation and found it essential. I know you are probably stuck for time
at the minute but I would def recommend spending a few hours familiarising
yourself with the contents of whichever version you have (Mine was the McCann
& Courtney, *Companies Acts, 1963 – 2006*, Student Edition, Tottel ) as this
was invaluable to me. By having read and highlighted important sections in
advance, when you are in the exam, you can easily locate important info. I
would definitely advise bringing it in either way as, even if you don't use
it, it makes no difference, but imagine vice versa - wishing you had it
midway through the paper.
I'm taking Criminal and Property this sitting- if you have any similar
advice or any hints on likely topics could you please pass this on.
thanks,
Nigfhloinn
