Thanks so much for replying. I sat criminal and property last time and to be honest I think they are the most straightforward of all the subjects. The questions are not tricky and, especially with property there is no need for massive amounts of detail. Also, with property, the 10 mark questions are great.. go through the past papers and make a list of the ones that come up, make a short note on each and you are almost guaranteed a question. I can't remember criminal so much to be honest. I think its because I crammed so much and it was all in my short term memory!
