ok guys im doing the griffith course.

The examiner is Ray Friel, it used to be Eoin Quill. but changed
sometime around oct 2006 ( stand open to correction on that)

The new examiner has,nt written much on the area of Tort law.
>From the exam grid it is clear that the hot topics and areas which
should not be left out are.

1. Defamation ( pretty much a banker topic)( problem qstn normally)
2. Nervous Shock ( not a certainty but he does like asking this area 3
out of last 4 sittings)
3.Empoyers/Vicarious liability ( study both as one topic for exam
purposes)( again not certain but 3 out of last 4)
4 Products liability ( has asked on this area everytime)
5.Trespass to person ( again has asked each sitting)
6.Trespass/Nuisance/Rylands ( everytime! study together as one topic)
7.Occupiers liability (possibly due up as he likes it and didnt come
up last time!)

look we can only speculate! But these are the areas that have proved
most examinable with Ray Friel.
Hopefully that would get you 5 qstns but ya just never know.

Good luck to everyone!
