Hey Aoife, Ya, Defences are handy to know to throw in at the end of problem qstns. there not a full topic in itself but definitely important to know. could mean the difference between a 49 and a 50!
Its squeeky bum time now , trying to get it all covered! Im doing 3 other subjects is well so fingers crossed the qstns will be nice on the day. I'll be doing some serious cramming the 4 days before it! Its my last exam, roll on April 6th and the end of all this stress ! Best of luck :) On Mar 12, 2:27 pm, "[email protected]" <[email protected]> wrote: > that's great BAz, thanks - did they mention anything re Defences? > > On Mar 10, 3:45 pm, baz <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > > ok guys im doing the griffith course. > > > The examiner is Ray Friel, it used to be Eoin Quill. but changed > > sometime around oct 2006 ( stand open to correction on that) > > > The new examiner has,nt written much on the area of Tort law. > > From the exam grid it is clear that the hot topics and areas which > > should not be left out are. > > > 1.
