ciaran patton didn't really give any hints but he did say in relation
to the defences that duress and intoxication hadn't come up in a
while. also said to be aware of the effect of a successful defence,
ie does it result in an acquittal. in the last class he just went over
everything really. i'm just trying to learn a little about a lot and
avoid the essay questions! good luck tomorrow, these are my first 4 so
i dont know what to expect!
