Hi Michael,

In October, the following came up:

Q1: Problem: Offer & Acceptance, Mistake, Damages - Was a valid offer
made? Was it accepted? Was the mistake Unilateral & Mutual Mistake.
Was there reliance loss? Was the loss too remote?

Q2: Problem: Capacity, Undue Influence, Formal Requirements (Statute
of Frauds)

Q3: Problem: Intention to Create Legal Relations (Family/Domestic
situations), Consideration (sufficiency), Unilateral Contracts,
Estoppel (Promissory or Proprietary)

Q4: Problem: Misrepresentation, Breach of Contract (Frustration),
Damages for Breach.

Q5: Essay (Two parts): Illegal Contracts on Grounds of Public Policy

Q6: Essay: Privity of Contract, exceptions to the rule and whether
rule is in need of reform

Q7: Essay: Discharge of Contract by Breach of Contract

Q8: Essay (two options-internal choice): 1. Rules of Construction of
Contract by Courts (Parol Evidence Rule, Implied Terms, Special case
of Exemption Clauses, Literal Interpretation and Factual Matrix), or
2. Incorporation of Exemption Clauses into a Contract

Hope this helps! And if anyone has any tips from Griffith or
Independent, they'd be greatly appreciated!
