Yeah part 2 of the question was about an irish national who lived and
worked in belgium for several years before returning to Ireland where
she met and married a failed asylum seeker from Afghanistan. The
irish authorities tried to deport him so Q was whether he had a right
of residence in Ireland as a spouse. Irish authorities claimed he had
no rights as a spouse because mary married him after her return to
ireland... Just dont ask me for the answer!
