I also had a woeful experience in EU it is hard to move on! I would focus on: Doctrine of Notice - Equity the Use / trust development Adverse Possession Know succession very well Lease -v- Licence distinction potential problem question Covenants + leasehold covenants Words of Limitation and Settled land.
