so how did people get on??? though it was an awful exam - no settled
land!! and way to much obscure stuff thrown in. and very mean of him
to put co-ownership and adverse possession in the one question.
really answered 3 and a half, guessed treasure trove part and did the
mortgage one in bullet points. not too happy cos i failed this one in
April so it looks like i'll be sitting it for third time :( think the
general consensus is that everyone found it hard tho.....
