I would say that you will be ok with those. Some of the packs that I used for my first 4 were 2-3 years old and I still passed.
What I would advise you to do would be to have a look at the Law Society's syllabus and compare it with the pack. Then I would look at the exam reports, as in many cases the examiner will point out certain crucial cases that were required in order to answer a particular question. You will be able to see if any of these cases are more recent than your pack. Also, it may be a good idea if you have access to a law library, to have a scan through the recent textbooks in the area and see whether any substantive changes in the law have come about since 2007. Im sure in the majority of subjects you should be fine.
