We have changed manuals for the 2009 sitting, and this leaves me with about 30 (but not in constitutional) manuals for each subject from 2008. They were for the shredder. However, if anyone has an old manual (however they got it) – you can send in the cover (just rip it off) and you can have a 2008 one in place, until the supplies run out. It seems a bit better than shredding them. Maybe just keep it a bit quiet and let this group take advantage before the general population etc.
